Over the past few months we asked you, our XBASE customers, to rate us and provide feedback after receiving our support services. In return, we promised to donate $1 for each response to the Sick Kids Foundation.
Well, did you deliver! We were thrilled to receive nearly 300 responses, including both ratings and detailed feedback. While there were many different comments, the common themes included:

- "Follow-up is exceptional"
- "Professional as always"
- "Consistent and reliable"
While we strive for perfection, we were also able to identify some areas for improvement, which your comments helped illuminate.
To honour the time you took to provide feedback, we have topped up your donations to $500.
